its Christmas. another year has past me by and man, i feel old. Christmas used to be a time of joy and celebration, but i guess it doesn't apply when you are in the army. oh bummer. They are determined to deprive you of as much freedom as possible and generally make you feel miserable.

like how PC 16 referred to us as "lowest life forms" 2 weeks back. now it makes all the sense in the world.

someone's back though and it puts a smile on my face. a prayer every night for you, as always i promised.
-to keep you safe and sound.
-to see you loved and sheltered.
-to see you smile.

but most likely we won't get to meet up la. no time, no time. we are all busy people. and yeah, things are so different now.

Life has been good. no, really. I'm enjoying myself every time I book out. be it coffee and chillouts with old friends, dates with hot girls(yeah right, haha), partying the night away or a quiet drink at the pub with the guys, I'm loving it all.

----------

more driving practicals and I'm beginning to feel comfortable with driving. still got some work to do on my turning though. reverse parking can probably wait. but really expensive la, considering how I'm splashing money like water now.

added point to take note of : must, MUST keep hands(fingers, in particular) on the steering wheel at all times(I'll try) and not wave them in the air when the guy behind cuts into my lane abruptly.

what's with singaporean drivers really. making me develop genocidal tendencies only.

----------

and this was actually seen & heard from the previous week in camp:

"Sir, please face the wall, place your hands on it, legs wide apart and turn your LEFT head to the LEFT side."

HAHAHA. seriously.
