okay. so i received a letter from RSAF. got shortlisted for pilot selection
and i'm supposed to report down on the 10th of may at 8am to CMPB, Air Force Recruitment Center to take the 5 hour long COMPASS test. oh man, i really didn't know what to expect until Longwei let me in on some of the finer details today afternoon.
think its all gonna be computerized. but well, military secrets.
initially thought it was gonna be some patience/tolerance test. like stuff 20 guys in a pink 10x10 room and make them wait for 5 hours without any form of communication with the outside world. that would've been hell. I'll probably walk out after an hour and wave my white mucus stained handkerchief, then convulse and get sent to A&E.
yeah. no pink man. and i don't think I'm claustrophobic either. sorry Lappie.
heard that only 3 out of every 100 people get to advance through the test. and i really don't fancy a career in the military.
never mind. shall just go for it and see what happens.

also received an email today afternoon. it was from SCDF and got me curious
proceeded to click on it and see what it had to say. the first line that jumped at me was :
"ITS A CLEAR CHOICE. ANSWER YOUR CALLING WITH SCDF"
i took 4.17894 seconds to process what that meant.
and then pressed the DELETE button. f**k NO.
