had quite a week really.
the guys who went in on jun 17th booked out. so we had some mini gathering and celebrated baldness like it was some joy to behold.
weijian was telling stories about the going-ons in camp and some were hilarious. our man has also commented that he finds it awkward to have his name mentioned in my blog entries.
but i really don't care. be honored to be featured okay.
there was this guy in his unit that cannot go out into the sun or he would suffer an instant heart attack. goodness me. that would be scary.
hit the clubs with him after a whole afternoon out with good friend KC and f*ck-your-mother's-coffee Trevor Lim. good company, except when they started blabbering about DC. and i would sit there and emo at one corner. spent quite a lot. i am now POOR
Zouk was particularly awful that night. no, not the company of course. but the DJ and the dance floor. half of the music played wasnt mambo at all, but cheesy teenybopper POP. how do people dance to that i wonder. screw the DJ.
went with Qian and Shuann. and i swear Weijian cracks me up sometimes. our man bought drinks for all of us and then whispered in my ears :" eh bro, can i introduce myself to your friends? " HAHHAHAHHHAA. i could hardly contain my laughter. told him to go ahead in between uncontrollable guffaws.
left quite early in fact and headed home to rest up and recharge for Ikea trip the next day and also to send off Carol & Kaanthan who would be jetting off to the land down under.

so it wasn't as emotional as i thought it would have been. Carol's folks were there along with some friends. and they were all nice people really.
had a quick chat at Swensens and they proceeded to check in at 230pm when their flight would actually only depart at 12.30am. that was like WOW. hahaha
Ikea trip followed after and yeah. it turned out all great. just realized that someone's ticklish. better make a run for it ah. haha
meatballs were great and i missed those. and someone was getting all cutesy over the toys. just like how any random little girl would. awwww.
had a great time really. bought loads of random stuff to freshen up the room.

next up : paint job (gonna paint one side of the wall black. and hopefully do some decals on it)
