anyone who hasn't been living in a cave for the past week would be of the knowledge that UNSW Singapore is no more. they would be ceasing operations after June 28, the last day of the school term. and the news rocked me.
see I've been planning on advancing my studies and it was more or less finalized already. agreed with Dad and aunt and was rather excited about the prospect of it all. now its like BOOM. straight back to the drawing board for me. back to basics. future planning 103 all over again.
i sure hope this isn't God's way of telling me I should accept the RSAF's offer.
had some showdown talks with the aunt over sms last night after the news report concerning UNSW. and the thought of Australia came up again. true, we've discussed that before and it wouldn't be half as bad as i make it out to be.
you know, all that uprooting 10 years of your Life and relocating to another country and then start to settle in a foreign land thing.
but i really don't want or simply cannot bear to leave everything I have behind. its just, so much hard work.
I HATE CHANGE.

i realize that i'm very much a househusband now. i enjoy Washing, Ironing, Feeding & Entertaining. that equates to W.I.F.E. because of that Sam wants to marry me. i am not shy to admit that. HAHAHA
derived a lot of satisfaction from cooking and preparing my own meals now. and i actually take pride in whipping up good dishes. its all about that passion.
and of course i loved doing housework since young. quite the neat freak and i pay attention to every single detail no matter how microscopic they might be. i'm possibly the only mad guy out there who mops the floor(his room) with a wet cloth.
i actually thought that the washing machine was a brilliant invention. because of that we no longer have to journey down to the nearest stream lugging a laundry basket to wash dirty linen in public(i know, no link at all).
and that the iron and ironing board could actually be modified into a torture device? ARGH HELL. IM PLAIN RANDOM LAH.
all part of an independent male lifestyle.
i hope NS treats me well though.
